How do I chat with ClickSuper support?
Clients can chat with us via the ClickSuper portal or via our help guide.
To chat with us via the ClickSuper portal, please log in to ClickSuper, click into the appropriate organisation (if you have access to multiple organisations) and then click the Chat with us button as shown below:
A red box will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the page asking what your query is in relation to. Clients can click on a help guide article as shown to be taken to the relevant support documentation. If entering a query doesn't bring up a helpful help guide article to assist, clients can click the Live Chat button to be connected to a support representative.
If you do not have a login or are having difficulty logging in, clients can still chat with us via our help guide.
