If your payroll provider has advised that you need new API credentials due to an upgrade within the payroll system, please reach out to us at Support. We will provide you with a username but you will need to designate the password yourself. This ensures that no other party except you knows the password.
These credentials are NOT for logging into ClickSuper with - only for entering into your payroll system.
To choose a password, please click the following link and enter the recovery email address that was confirmed for you along with the username and click 'Submit'. It is NOT the same as the username.

If requested, please enter the API Username that was provided by Support and click 'Submit'.
If a valid account has been located with the details provided, an email to reset the password will be sent to the recovery email address:

Note: If the link is expired, you can restart this guide to receive a fresh link. Please click the Update password link within the email to load the reset page and specify a password:

Then the new password needs to be entered within your payroll software along with the API username provided.
