The Uploads screen will display your previously uploaded super contribution files as well as the live processing and status of any current super contribution data (file) being uploaded for your organisation. Files are listed in chronological order with the newest files uploaded to the account appearing at the top of the list.
On this page:
Overview
Depending on your payroll software provider, you may not see your files listed on this page (or elsewhere!) as they are stored on a special account for your payroll provider to view only. You can still access any data that's been successfully submitted to ClickSuper via the Payments or Contributions screen however.
After uploading your data, you may still need to Accept your file and Schedule your Payments.
The uploads table displays all files that have previously been uploaded to ClickSuper and the status of the uploaded file.
From the Uploads page you can upload new contribution, Accept your contribution data, view any error details, delete a file, download a copy of your file and view the audit history.
Clicking on the Upload name of a file with a Status of Success, which is hyperlinked, will take to you the Contributions page with automatic filtering for data corresponding to that specific file.

If you are importing your data via a payroll system using web services please contact your payroll systems support staff .

Download
Users can download a file that's been uploaded to the organisation in ClickSuper. This can be useful for advanced users who know how to manually manipulate the data in files and are thus able to fix the errors in failed files.
Delete
You can delete some files that appear in the uploads page, including all files with a status of Failed and some files with a status of Success if payments have not been processed for the successful file. If payments have already been processed, the Delete option will not appear on the action menu at the bottom of the page.
Deleting a file with a status of Success will also delete any unprocessed payment data that was loaded for that file (eg any payments with a staus of Unscheduled and/or Scheduled). Please first check the DASHBOARD menu and confirm that the payments have loaded into the account prior to deleting a successful file.
To delete a file simply click on any part of the row (1) except for the Upload name (as this is hyperlinked and will take you to the Contributions page). The upload should be highlighted blue. Then, click on the Delete button (2) located on the action menu at the bottom of the page in black.
Clicking on the Delete button will load the 'Confirm Delete Upload File' dialog. Simply click on the tick icon to confirm.
The status of the file will update to Deleted and be hidden from view. If you wish to view the file again in the future, simply filter the Uploads by Status = Deleted (note that you cannot "undelete" a file once it is deleted).

The uploads Audit functionality allows users to view the entire history of a payments Status transitions.
To view the audit of an upload file, simply select the upload within the uploads page by click on any part of the row (1) except for the Amount (as this is a hyperlink and will take you to the Contributions page), then click on the Audit button (2), located in the action menu at the bottom of the page in black.
The audit history will now appear, displaying the transitions of the uploads from one status (Old Status) to another (New Status), as well as the dates and times of the transitions and, if applicable, the User responsible for each of the transitions.
Reconcile
The Reconcile button will appear on the action menu at the bottom of the page in black when you select files with a Status of either Success or Waiting User Response. Depending on your payroll software provider/account setup, Waiting User Response may not appear in your organisation's Uploads page; in this instance, you file will have a status of Success.

You can view and export a reconciliation report of the contribution file that has been received by ClickSuper.
Clicking on the Reconcile button will load the reconciliation report for the file. Users should check that the Total Amount (1) matches the expected payment amount before scheduling payment.
Click on the Export button (2) located on the black menu at the bottom of the screen to export the reconciliation report to an Excel spreadsheet.
Waiting User Response
When an upload file has a status of 'Waiting User Response', you need to "Accept" the file in order for payments to generate to the system. You cannot schedule a payment without first accepting the file.
In order to accept the file simply click on any part of the row except for the Upload name (this is hyperlinked and will take to you the Contributions page) (1), then click on the Reconcile (2) button located on the action menu at the bottom of the page in black.
Clicking on the Reconcile button will load the reconciliation report for the file. Users should check that the Total Amount (1) matches the expected payment amount before clicking on Accept (2).
If the Total Amount does not match the expected payment amount, click on Reject instead (located to the right of the 'Accept' button), check the data in your payroll software, make any necessary updates in your payroll software, regenerate your file and reupload the file.
Clicking on Accept will generate the payment files and allow you to schedule your payment. The upload file Status will now be showing as Success.
