Contributions Overview
The Contribution Manager is where ALL superannuation data that has been uploaded to ClickSuper by your organisation is accessible. This includes payment data that has been loaded but not paid (ie payments that still need to be scheduled), payment data that has been loaded and subsequently deleted and contribution response messages received from superannuation funds.
Because of the amount of data that could be displayed via the contribution manager it is important to ensure you set your filters correctly. No data will load in the contribution manager if no filters have been set (i.e at least one filter needs to be set in the contribution manager for any data to load and display).
On this page:
Filtering
Depending on the way that you access the contribution manager, filters may already be set. For example, if you have just logged in to ClickSuper and use the blue navigation menu on the left hand side of the screen to go straight to the contribution manager, no filter is set so no data will be displayed (until you set a filter):
Clients can also access the contribution manager via hyperlinks in the Dashboard, Contribution Table, Uploads and Payments pages. Using the hyperlinks on these pages will ensure that filters relating to the data that you've clicked on are already set when the contribution manager loads.
Any data that you load via the contribution manager can be exported and used as a remittance advice (proof of contribution payment).
