If a remittance email was expected but not received, it is best to check within the spam or junk folders of your email in the first instance to ensure that the remittance email in question wasn't redirected here. If the remittance email isn't located, it is best to confirm with your employer that the ESA of CLICKSUPER is being used and that superannuation for the missing period has been paid. If the CLICKSUPER ESA is not used, ClickSuper will not receive the data and not be able to provide this to your SMSF.
There is a fee of $50.00 to resend remittance data, so best to check all avenues first before requesting any missing remittance data from ClickSuper. To obtain a contribution summary, please see our article on this topic: Obtaining a contribution summary
