We are currently investigating an outage with clients logging into the wrkrpay site from ClickSuper. The issue has been identified but an expected resolution is not due until tomorrow morning.
This has been raised with our technical team and we will advise of any update shortly.
UPDATE - 7.30pm AEST. Service has been restored and our technical is monitoring. All clients submitting STP files through the wrkrpay portal should now be able to proceed.
